Göteborg - the City that has everything
Göteborg is the second largest city in Sweden with its over 600.000 inhabitants.
It is often compared to San Francisco, because of the many bridges, hills,
the ever-present water, the streetcars and the fishrestaurants.
One is never far from entertainment, beautiful sceneries and interesting
sights in Göteborg. Even though it is a big city, it has kept its small
town charm.

This eighty year old establishment is the most popular tourist
attraction in Sweden and it attracts millions of visitors every year.
But there is more to Liseberg than just rides. Over the years stars like

and on the repertoire is everything from heavy metal to opera.

In addition to Liseberg, Göteborg is filled with green , beautiful parks
and recreation areas. Slottsskogen has the Birdhouse, the Seal Pond, the
Animal Park and the Stellar Observatory.
Trädgårdsföreningen (The Horticultural Society) has the Palm House, the
Butterfly House, the Rosary and - not least - the beautiful Botaniska
